Service Department - Warranty Repairs
Jeff the Service Manager called me to offer a special price on an oil change. When I returned to the service department the next day after a new front tire had been installed, Mr. Spencer Stalcup in the service department worked with me. Spencer kept me update on the oil change while I waited. Spencer also directed my attention to a couple of warranty items that may need to be address. Spencer and the service tech Jeff Haynes took their time to explain everything to me about the repairs. From my personal experience with the service Dept and sales manger Lance, I would recommend Dallas Harley Davidson in Garland to anyone. (Employee: Lance Orso)
